Add Ecchinacea tincture 5 drops in water, twice daily, for no more than 4 consecutive days

Avoidance of incidental paracetamol use. Stop work. Rest. Isolation. (+ Gelsemium 2 hourly, and/or nosode if it becomes available)
偶発的な総合感冒薬の使用をやめる。仕事を中止し、休む、一人になる。（ジャスミンを2時間ごとに服用、可能ならばnosode・・病原体から作成したものを服用）

Upper respiratory / nasopharyngeal congestion of gradual onset - before chills or fever.
上部呼吸器、徐々に発症する鼻咽頭うっ血ー寒気あるいは発熱の前の
Euphrasia 30c hourly (if eyes red), Naphthalum 30c hourly (if no conjunctival irritation)
ユーフレイシア30Ｃを一時間置きに（目が赤いならば） ナフシャラム30cを一時間置きに
（もし結膜の過敏性がなければ）
Avoid Paracetamol.

Emerging chills, minimal or absent fever and perspiration with early alternating low respiratory symptoms (irritant, non-congestive, non-productive)

A. Before and during viral shedding (insidious / gradual onset)

ジャスミン200cを1時間ごとに摂取
Chills, alternating (or co-existent) with poorly developed fevers and non productive cough: (can progress to a scanty cough - not infrequently with emerging dull occipital headache)
寒気、交互の（共有する）低発達の発熱と湿性咳（わずかな咳に進行する-まれではない緊急性、後頭部の痛み）
Rest. Fluids. Isolation. 安静、流動物摂取、隔離
Avoid: Paracetamol or aspirin-like drugs.
総合感冒薬やアスピリンのような解熱鎮痛剤を避ける。

B. During viral shedding ウイルスの排泄期
Chills with shivering and poorly developed fever and with emerging secretory lower respiratory
ｓymptoms:
震えをともなう、発熱は不十分で寒気と、緊急性、分泌性の下部呼吸器
1. Ipecacuanha 200c hourly Moist mouth, nasopharyngeal catarrh and audible bronchial rales, usually with nausea ie secretory symptoms in both upper and lower respiratory tract Rest. Isolation. No paracetamol or aspirin-like drugs or (/ see over)
湿った口、鼻咽頭カタルそして気管支ラッセル音（ラ音）、普通は上部、下部呼吸器における吐き気を伴う分泌症状 隔離、総合感冒剤やアスピリンのような薬の禁止。

Spongia 200cを一時間ごとに摂取、分泌性症状が鬱血性、下部呼吸器症状、ラッセルとバブル様の気管支分泌になったとき。安静、流動食、隔離 総合感冒薬やスピリンのような薬は禁忌。患者は最も感染性が高い。 ___________________________________________________________________________

Chininum arsenicosum 200c hourly, periodicity is marked, pale, restless, fearful

Frank Pneumonia: フランク肺炎
A. Viral pneumonitis - no bacterial superinfection, no laterality

POST ACUTE
When cycles of fever are settling and the expectoration is becoming more fluent. The patient will seem brighter. Don’t prescribe further at this stage. Wait for the trend to become secure.
